How old is the battery? When was the last time you changed the battery? Our batteries only last three months. If your battery is older than three months, please purchase a battery plan from our shopping cart.

Check the fit of the collar. There should be a 1-FINGER clearance between the receiver and the neck. If your battery is new, you have a correct fit, and there is no wire break, your receiver may need to be replaced. Call us at 1-800-896-7387 and we can tell you what kind of warranty your collar has and if you need to have it replaced.

If you have multiple receivers that are not working, See the transmitter section to troubleshoot.

The receiver is the only part of the collar that can be under warranty. The nylon collar is not under warranty.
